Why This Is Different
Diffusion models generate plausible images, not physically accurate ones. A Size L generated by diffusion looks slightly different from Size M because the training data looks slightly different — not because the physics differ. Clad simulates actual fabric behavior from real sewing patterns. Tension, drape, and stretch are computed, not hallucinated. This is the difference between looking right and being right.
